The UVW render templating function is one that immediately comes to mind, allowing for very quick templating of your prepared UVs, either in wireframe, full, mapping or shaded versions. With a wide range of shaping and shaping tools, the software allows you to very precisely control your models without the need to code or program each orchestration, making it a very good choice.

Fshare UptoBox. This book was great place to be introduced to animation and effects. I chose this as the instructional book for my 3D modeling class because it is the “Autodesk Official Training Guide. It is embarrassing to try to teach from a book where so many of the tutorials are impossible to follow because they quite simply give bad directions. As someone who has used 3DS Max for a few years, I was able to help skip over or correct many of the problems, but the book is a huge disappointment.

Also, the book constantly refers to a website to download materials that no longer exists. With some searching, I was able to find the new site where the downloads are stored, but the front page of the website makes no mention of this, which causes further confusion. I will be looking for a new book to use in class next semester.

Report abuse. Don’t waste your money buying this book. It will only explain briefly and not in depth some basic functions in 3DS Max.
