If you have a genuine license key for Windows 10 Pro. You can definitely revert back from enterprise to Pro without having to purchase another Win 10 Pro license. These type of licenses are not transferable despite being linked to your Microsoft account. Windows 10 would have used the Windows 8 license to create the digital license and if it was OEM then it is not transferable to new hardware.
